Staff study visit involved three teachers from each partner working together for one week. Their objective was to study examples of good practice in the teaching and learning of employment with young people with disabilities through visits and presentations. Their objective was to feedback to the host at the end of the week their thoughts and suggestions for the structure of three case studies. Their study would also introduce them to the hosts organization and to learn more about the Romanian education of young people with disabilities and work with teachers and the learners in classes. They would also learn about the barriers and opportunities faced by young people with disabilities achieving long term employment.
As part of the visit the group were taken to Turda Salt Mine and a walking tour of the city of Cluj in order to explore more of the Romanian culture of the area they were visiting.
The host also organized a team building activity to enable the participants of the partnership to work more closely together.
