The final report meeting included two managers from each partner. The objective for this meeting was to reflect upon the journey over 2 years and assess the project management and outcomes. Partners would then contribute to the final report writing and feedback to the lead partner on the effectiveness of the project management and delivery.
Tuesday 6th December

Presentation The workable project journey through a PowerPoint film. This contains photographs of all meetings and staff study visits throughout the project.

WorkAble – The project outcomes and website – a review and editorial check of the final website. www.work-able.co.uk
The website contains a project blog to enable viewers the opportunity to see how a study visit programme is scheduled and mangers should they wish to pursue a similar project format in future bids.
The partners will review the 12-case studies mow published for accuracy, particularly in the translated versions.
Lunch – We can take lunch at a number of venues in the town centre including – there are many cafes and diners in town close to the meeting venue.
Final Report – We will project the final report upon a screen and review this question by question. Any inclusions from partners can be transcribed into the report during the afternoon.

Project results – We also have to submit a project results report – we will all agree this and again review the projects results page.
Partner evaluations – As the lead partner it is important that we have your feedback on the project administration. We will be introducing this feedback and asking you to complete it overnight and during Wednesday morning.

- 10am Free time to explore Gloucester City
- Meet at Primark at 12.30pm for a walk to Gloucester Park
- Special final project lunch and drinks prepared by host partner
- We will spend the afternoon reflecting on the project and the potential for next steps. We will take your final feedback reports.
